Our Semi-Permanent range of structures use between 230gsm and 340gsm commercial grade custom made showerproof shade sail material like SHDENET and are manufactured to last 15 – 20 years. Manufactured using extra strong seatbelt edge webbing and sold with a 10 year UV warranty on the shades and a 5 year anti-corrosion warranty on the steel columns, these structures are designed for safety and manufactured to last.
The sails feature between 38mm (1½) and 50mm (2) Sail Shade World colour keyed seatbelt edge webbing. They are unaffected by moisture and natural temperature extremes and are a superior solution when compared with the usual turned and sewn border offered by other manufacturers. The fabric is double lock stitched with UV stabilized fabric and thread, manufactured from high density polyethylene. Corners feature marine grade 316 stainless steel D-rings. Available in 14 contemporary colours. They are easy to clean with a mild detergent and a hose.
